Kubbic Inch is now Legit

I'm so happy to announce that I received my Articles of Organization Receipt which confirms that Kubbic Inch Productions, LLC is now filed with the State of NY. Now I have to get the publication done. I just read 3 articles that stated the LLC publication fee is unnecessary and small business owners have been complaining about it. It can cost $350 - $1000 to publicize the company in 2 newspapers of the county where the business is located. The articles stated that Brooklyn and Manhattan are the most expensive. Well there is a petition that is trying to eliminate the unnecessary fee. I signed it but I will still have to do the publication. I have 120days to get it done. I guess if I get a business credit card I may just have to use it for the publication.  Well I want to make sure I do everything that I can to stay legit. I pray that my company continues to grow and that it will make enough money to help produce shows for other people and their companies.

Kubbic Inch is almost a signatory producer with the Screen Actors Guild too. I just have to send them a copy of the Articles of Organization and a copy of the insurance, which will also cost me $800 for 10 days to protect the production.  I know that the company will recoup all the monies spent. You gotta spend money to make money.  Will keep you posted.

I lost one of my investors. It is now obvious to me that some people like to hear themselves talk. No matter how old a person is there is still room for more education. This person talked about being a partner in my company, but as soon as I went through all the time and effort to create a partners agreement two weeks later this dude decided he didn't have a full understanding of the agreement, because of the wording. As in most film projects there is always a risk of losing your entire investment especially when a company is just starting. The faith the remaining investors have and a few more that have joined the ranks, believe in the first script and the talent involved.  That is what all companies need. People who believe the vision and the talent and most of all in the one who gave the talent. That is in the Almighty. God knows exactly what He is doing. Not everyone is meant to share your vision or even to share in your dreams with you. The measure of a persons faith can cause any project to be successful or to fail.  Kubbic Inch only wants those with the strongest faith in God and in the talents God has given to all of us in order to make this company endure. Dare to dream and live the life that you have imagined. You have to see the vision in order for the vision to come true. See it before you see it.
